Great property + excellent host!
This top floor unit has everything you need! Well stocked kitchen with all the latest gadgets & appliances (ex: air fryer, microwave, etc.). Kitchen & living room are combined with the bedroom/bathroom being separate so it's like living in an apartment. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings make you feel at home. The entrance is on the side of the house - very private. Marie is a gracious host. She's warm and easy to communicate with. You feel more like a house guest than a "tenant". It was a PLEASURE renting this unit from Marie. Highly recommend!

Pleasant stay
I stayed at this property for three months. It was very clean upon moving in and I appreciated the big window in the living area! The owner was very sweet and welcoming, and she did not hesitate to help make my stay amazing. The neighborhood is very quiet and has beautiful views, and it is also only a couple minutes drive to the highways. Thanks M for a pleasant stay!

Nice 1 bdrm with ample storage and parking. HOT water for bathing. Great Cusinart air fryer/convection oven that cooks to perfection. Stocked with cleaning supplies, soap, toilet paper and paper towels! Snap it up if available.
