Beautifully Renovated, Clean/Quiet Luxury Corporate Retreat Perfect for Nurses and Locums Tenens Unit 1L

Perfect Short Term Rental

This property was perfect for our time in New Jersey! The space was clean, comfortable, and in a safe neighborhood. The landlord was responsive to any needs we had including coming to the property early in the morning to address an issue with the smoke detectors. I can't recommend this property enough!

Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this short-term rental! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and the location was perfect for our time, close to work and felt safe. Our air went out and it was very hot and within 24 hours Anna the landlord had the issue resolved! Anna was great to work with very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Quiet and Comfortable Home Away Fom Home

I lived at this property for a year. They joke that I have been their longest short term rental". I was lucky enough to be able to personally see the property before I rented it since I was living in the area already (an advantage that others may not have). It was so much nicer and better priced than anything else I saw. It is on a quiet dead end street in a safe neighborhood and close to anything you need (stores, restaurants, airport / train). The management is friendly, efficient and awesome! They are constantly making improvements to the property as well. They obviously care about their property and your experience living there. In the year I was here, the single problem I had was a slow internet. This was corrected with a new provider and equipment. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and nicely furnished. If you have more than one vehicle you should check with management because you might only be able to get one parking lot spot and overnight street parking is prohibited.

Perfect Apartment

I recently stayed at this wonderful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Maplewood, NJ, and had an incredible experience. The apartment was incredibly easy to use and had all the amenities I needed. The laundry facilities were fantastic and very convenient. As someone who loves to cook, I found the kitchen to be perfect it had everything I needed and more. The living room had great options for TV, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom was clean, modern, and well-maintained. Even during the scorching 100 heat, the apartment stayed cool and comfortable, which was a huge relief. The location is superb, with easy access to NYC, the beach, and the charming town of Maplewood. The owners were absolutely wonderful to work with. One day, I locked myself out, and they arrived quickly to help me out. They were always responsive and attentive to any needI had. Overall, this apartment provided a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place.

TravelRN

I was lucky to find this fabulous property for my travel assignment in Newark NJ. The apartment has so much space you can comfortably share with another traveler or family. The beds are super comfortable with new furniture, bedding and towels. The kitchen was great for meal prepping with tons of counter space. I was a night shifter and it was quiet during the day for sleeping. I traveled alone and always felt safe and comfortable in the area. The Maplewood train station is so close and an inexpensive way to New York for a day trip or broadway show. You won't be disappointed!
