I rented for one month on assignment as an RN traveler. This place is safe for solo females and traveling professionals. M, the owner is accommodating and pleasant to deal with. He lives nearby and is immediately available if you need anything. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and is nicely decorated. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Midtown and Downtown hospitals. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, stadiums and the beach. I would definitely recommend this place.

A fantastic place to stay

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending the last three months in this house. We could not have had a better experience! It has everything that you could need to make you feel like you are at home. The location is great with easy access to all of the major highways and just a quick hop to some beautiful beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we were able to walk to a lot of the places that we needed to go. We had plenty of off street parking and in addition to having three spacious bedrooms we also had a fenced in back yard, a screened in porch, and a game room with a ping pong table. The landlord is local and very helpful. He was a great source of information about Tampa and immediately accessible if any problem arose.
