BEWARE - WILL POCKET YOUR DEPOSIT FOR PERSONAL EXPENSES

Required a security deposit although the home is scheduled to be demolished next month, and has ignored my correspondence regarding the return of the deposit. Following my departure from the property (which was left very clean & all of my personal items removed), the individual has since ignored any correspondence regarding the return of my deposit. Again, nothing on the property had been damaged. In fact, this individual entered my room daily while I was at work, would tell me where I need to put my own personal items in the room, would consume my beverages daily & made snide comments about prior tenants who kept to themselves.

Great Experience

I stayed with Lisa & Zoe while on contract at a local hospital & had a fantastic experience. Prior to this stay I’ve always rented an apartment on assignments, but after FaceTiming Lisa I felt at ease and decided to give it a shot and it couldn’t have gone better. Lisa was great, the house was very clean, and both she and Zoe were quiet enough that my sleep during the day wasn’t affected at all. You can’t go wrong staying here and you’ll save a bit of money doing so as well compared to other properties in the areas.

Warm and inviting

I had a positive experience during my stay. The host is friendly, a great communicator, and easy to get along with. The home is clean, cozy, and very welcoming. The bedroom is comfortable, and having a private bathroom is a huge plus. The location is close to my job, with convenient backroad access if you prefer. The neighborhood is active, safe, and has a great sense of community. And the sweetest bonus is the loving fur baby, Zoe, who makes the space feel even more like home. I truly couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Great place to stay

Stayed at Lisa's house for 10 weeks while completing an internship in the Atlanta area and had a great experience! Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood close to the Perimeter, and the house provided a well-furnished home away from home. Would totally recommend

Home away from home

A wonderful place to stay during a 13 week travel assignment at a medical facility near Northside hospital. My favorite things about staying here... a comfy and welcoming space , a super easy commute to work , and a beautiful SAFE neighborhood to walk or jog everyday after work. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a gym nearby as well as a grocery store and several shops and restaurants. Lisa is exceptionally personable and a great host, without a doubt...I would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location

Great location, perfect for my 5-7 minute commute to Northside plus super close to the grocery store and tons of restaurants nearby! The home is clean and guest room is exactly as advertised! Bed is super comfy and owner is friendly and accommodating. Didnt really see much of her however, she was always very responsive and made sure I was comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
