Lovely studio

This place is wonderful! I spent 6 months living here while attending grad school. From the start, Alice was friendly, enthusiastic and responsive to any questions about the place. The place is a studio, so there’s not a ton of room, but it still feels spacious enough to live comfortably. I’ve had company over and it hasn’t been too cramped, and the furniture can easily be rearranged for more room. The view out the back porch is absolutely stunning. A glass door leads out to the backyard, which lets in plenty of light in the afternoon. There is an extremely friendly dog who never gets tired of fetch and will love you forever the moment you throw the ball. The place is a short walk away from a trailhead, but also connects to a busy street with plenty of restaurants and small businesses within half a mile or so. Overall this place has truly been a haven for me, a lovely little place where I can relax and decompress but also get work done. I highly recommend it!

Great Place to Stay

Renting from A was a great experience. A was very thoughtful and considerate throughout the rental process. The space has everything you'll need for a short stay. I really liked the amount of storage space and the space is well utilized. You'll have a beautiful view and enjoy watching the sunset/sunrise every day. The neighborhood is very quiet. I thought being near the airport would be loud, but all you'll hear is birds chirping when you are outside. There is quick access to a running trail/park and everything felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property for rent.
