Perfect Transition to Williamsburg

We were transitioning from out of state and this condo was the perfect landing while we were house hunting. Close to retail and a quiet neighborhood too This condo was perfect size and welcoming for our dog too. Furniture and all the amenities suited our needs. Nathan was great and attentive when we had questions or concerns.

Excellent Family Home

We found N to be a fantastic landlord. His property is well priced and very well kept up. He was communicative when needed, and left us independent other than that. The home is perfect for a family. We were homeschooling our three children, and had plenty of space for that, as well as comfortable living quarters. Beds and mattresses were comfortable, kitchen was perfectly outfitted, there is TONS of cupboard space, and all appliances were nice and well functioning. We enjoyed the back deck and gravel yard on nice days. We especially enjoyed the view out the back window, as it overlooked a forest full of Fall Colors. The neighborhood felt safe and neighbors were friendly. The Post Office workers were hard working and kind. The overall area was a great balance of activity and quiet evenings. We weren't far from retail areas either North to Williamsburg or South to Newport News. I highly recommend renting from N!
