Best Decision Ever
I recently stayed with Stephanie, which was an amazing decision. She is so considerate, cleanly, and always down to chat. The room and house were very nice and a great place to stay. Felt like home away from home. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone. The location was perfect as it was close to my place of work and a bunch of grocery stores (my favorite being Trader Joes). The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. The neighbors were all so kind whenever I ran into them. A paved trail is located about a quarter mile down the road which was perfect for walks with a great view of the Catalina Foothills. I wish my 3 months hadn't come to an end as I really did enjoy living here. Thank you for being such a great host and roommate <3

Winderful
Stephanie was an amazing hostess, nice quiet place . She had designated space in kitchen for my items and was very accommodating with my use the kitchen. The bedroom was cozy comfortable also plenty of space in closet . I'd defiantly stay again !

Peace and Quiet
I work nightshift and host S was kind and considerate. Host S roommate has a beautifully decorated and clean home. The pool is a few steps behind the property and neighbors are kind. Over all it was great and was able to get the rest I needed.

This place was very small for two people. It was close to the hospital. The landord who is the roommate is very particular be ready for a whole page of rules. I felt like she was micromanaging every little thing, she would breathe down my back for anything, it was hard to make this feel like a temporary home. It was a pretty awful experience for a roommate. She resorted to revoking my kitchen privileges. Jacuzzi was nice.

Excellent host and Great place!.
S is the best host ever and incredibly kind too!. I found her t be most accommodating and easy to get along with. In addition to her home being very clean and well kept house. The neighborhood is very quiet with friendly neighbors. Also, the house is close to stores. It was a plus that I was so close to work. I would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommend this property.
