I had a contract at a local hospital. I enjoyed the location of Mardell's property. It was an easy walk to main street and the local eateries and shops. Rakestraws ice cream shop was literally in view from the kitchen window. The commute to work was easy (about 15 min or so). I had what I needed and this 2nd floor unit was absolutely full of natural light. I was able to open windows on the breezy days; it was quite lovely. The TV is nicely sized and placed at an appropriate viewing height (thank you). W/D in the unit (YES!). The heat worked and the window units worked when there was no breeze and it was just too hot. Overall I was satisfied. Mardell is an attentive and gracious host.
