Franklin Charmer- Close to downtown! Double Occupancy Max

Wonderful rental!

I had a wonderful stay in this lovely home for about three months. The house is beautiful and was supplied with everything I needed during my time there. Its a convenient location, both in terms of downtown Franklin as well as grocery shopping. The neighborhood is peaceful, with an excellent coffee shop just down the road. Brian and Brenda were helpful, accommodating, and great to communicate with. Staying at their cottage helped make my move to Franklin very smooth and I felt at home there immediately. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful spot to enjoy Franklin with all the convenience and comfort of home!

A Perfect Cottage Stay

I stayed in Brenda and Brian's charming cottage last summer, and it was truly the perfect place to land during a big transition in my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The cottage is beautifully decorated in a shabby chic country style, with delightful local touches- Franklin, TN coasters, books by a local author, and even a Dolly Parton picture that made me smile every day! The appliances are modern and high-quality, and the cottage is stocked with everything you'd expect in a well-equipped home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location couldn't be better- peaceful, convenient, and close to everything I needed. Brenda and Brian were wonderfully responsive and kind whenever I had a question. Their hospitality made all the difference. This cottage was more than just a rental. It was a relaxing respite and a comforting space before I moved into my permanent home. I'm so grateful for the care and thoughtfulness that went into every detail. Highly recommend!

I had a month long rotation in the area and stayed here, it was so cute and peaceful and a great location! Brian and Brenda are great to work with and were super flexible with me to accommodate my needs. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful little cottage.

I had the most wonderful stay at this little cottage! The location was perfectjust minutes from downtown Franklin, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The home itself was bright, clean, and surprisingly spacious. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need, which made my stay extra comfortable and easy. What really made this experience stand out was the connection with the owners. Their communication was excellent, and they were so attentive and kind. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Overall, this was a five-star stay in every way. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely love to return.

Charming House in Great Location

This house was perfect for my 6 week stay - it's clean with a cozy feel, and I found it to be even more spacious than the pictures showed. It's well equipped with everything I needed, including fast internet which allowed me to work remotely without issues. It's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is a quick drive from Franklin's historic downtown, and the owners were very responsive and provided helpful tips of places to check out in the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone planning a stay in Franklin!

Franklin visit

Fantastic month in this very comfortable modern Franklin Charmer. The house has everything you could possibly need! The neighborhood is so lovely and people are friendly and helpful. So close to downtown and many other small towns. Amish country was amazing and also Leipers Fork. Will defintely come again!

Exquisite Home

This lovely property with its lovey owners made for a perfect stay. It's beautiful and has been truly invested in from the heart and it shows. I was treated graciously with perfect professionalism, kindness, and generosity. It was quiet, clean, and safe. I'm sorry I couldn't stay longer. The neighborhood and location are excellent and right in the downtown Franklin area. There is a new coffee house just about to open one block away. I think it's called Hanks. There's also a restaurant in the same area that has a great menu. I hope every guest is kind to this beautiful little GEM! SA

Review on 3 months stay

My wife and I stayed there from end of August to mid November. The property was great, it has everything you would need (washer, dryer, patio furniture, very well-equipped kitchen, smart tv, fast internet, etc). I was working remotely during my time there and I had no issues. The area is very quiet and no more than 5 min drive from the center of Franklin. B and B were very nice and always available if anything was needed. I would definitely repeat if I ever needed to be back to Franklin!
