Great Place to Be

Recently came from another State and was seeking a comfortable stay until finding a more permanent residence. This was a gem and was truly appreciated to arrive at a place immaculate landscaping, along with a fully equipped kitchen, bath & comfortable bedding. Would stay again!

Wilmington housing

I stayed at this house for a year due to work. I was a great house and the landlord is very nice and responds quick in case I might need something. This house was very well taken care of and it is in a great location 15 minutes to the college and 15 minutes to downtown. I would stay in this house again.

Great house!

We stayed at this house to celebrate Christmas 2024 with our North Carolina family. It was perfect. The house has everything we needed, was very clean, and has plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable. We had warm weather so we were able to enjoy the back deck furnished with a table and chairs. We had a great weekend and will cherish the memories. Thank you !!

Excellent rental

We stayed in this house for Thanksgiving this year and to visit our daughter and husband in Wilmington. The owner is very responsive and met all of our needs. The house is clean and exactly as pictured. The bed in the master is the most comfy I have ever been experienced in a rental. Very conveniently located for downtown commute.

Comfy & Convenient

Enjoyed our 3 month stay here with our dogs while searching for a house to buy in the area. The property is exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet, there are a couple grocery stores nearby, and it's very easy to get to shopping areas in Wilmington. Getting to the beaches was easy, too. Highly Recommend.

Very comfy stay and amazing maintenence

I stayed here for a couple of months, and it was in a great location, and I felt like I was just at home the landowner was also great at answering text and being on top of everything.

Great Place to Stay for the Summer

Great property to stay at. Me and two other roommates stayed here during the summer for our summer internships. Great location and amazing house. Fantastic kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. And the porch was amazing.

Perfect Coastal Style Home for the Family!

B and J were the most wonderful hosts. The home was decorated so light and airy and had every amenity we needed and wanted, right down to the dishes and lighted cabinets. We travel as a family for work and absolutely loved our stay in this house. With plenty of games and a safe neighborhood for our 6 year old son to keep busy. The neighbors are delightful and there's even kids in the neighborhood that our son could go out and play with. We would absolutely return. J even helped me find a great hair Salon in town to keep me looking great during our stay. Many many thanks to the greatest hosts on furnished finder!! We give this property a full 5 star review!!!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful property. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, this coastal gem boasted three bedrooms, two baths, and a charmingly cozy aesthetic that instantly made us feel at home. The attention to detail in its decor is impeccable. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the family-friendly backyard provided hours of entertainment for the kids. The hosts were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests truly set them apart.
