My stay on Allen ave was great, this spot is literally steps away from bars and restaurants that will become your go to spots, everything was as it was advertised. Comfortable accommodations, Communication with the owner was professional and prompt, on site laundry was incredibly helpful. Parking was strategic but can be worked out with timing and patience. Overall I would stay again if I'm back in the STL area. Thank you Robert for your hospitality.

Great location!

I was comfortable during my stay at Robert's property. It was nice and clean upon arrival and looks exactly like the pictures. He was responsive to concerns in a timely manner. Location was perfect for trying new food spots in the area!

Stayed here during my 6 month contract. Safe & secure location. Clean and comfortable. Robert was always so responsive! Would definitely stay again if I am back in St. Louis!

Great Spot

We stayed here for 4 months while I was travelling for work and it was such a great location with lots of bars, restaurants, and Soulard events happening within walking distance. Lots of space and great for hosting friends/family with the extra room. Street parking is usually ample (little tougher on the weekends but just a short walk) and having the washer/dryer in unit C was very convenient. Landlords are also great and attentive, quick to resolve anything that came up. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Great Soulard Rental

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for for our 3 month travel healthcare contract. The location is wonderful, very close to many bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was great and equipped with everything we needed while there.

Rob & Cassandra are the most reliable and responsive Furnished Finder landlords I have ever had! - Unit comes with everything you need (bedding, pillows, linens, large TV, large closet, reliable internet, kitchen supplies, etc). - Plentiful street parking - Keyless entry with personal code (major plus for me, no need to worry about forgetting/misplacing your physical keys) - Blackout curtains and room divider for privacy - Large fan/light above the bed with a remote for easy on/off. - FREE shared laundry room (two washers/two dryers) in the basement that is well maintained with extra supplies such as tide pods, dryer sheets, etc. - If you are not familiar with Soulard, it is a vibrant historic neighborhood known for its busy bar scene. You have to understand there WILL be noise living in Soulard but my loud fan still drowned out the noise most nights! Overall, I had a great experience! Thanks for everything!

Highly recommend

I stayed at this location for 8 months and throughly enjoyed myself. Less than 15 minutes away from BJC and SLUH. Plenty of bars and nightlife for you to enjoy. The unit was stylish and clean. No washer/dryer in the unit but there are multiple washer/dryers in the basement of the complex with complimentary laundry detergent and fabric softener. Parking for the most part is easily available most days unless theres big events happening in the area. R is easy to communicate with and easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Apartment review

Amazing apartment close to most everything you need. It can get a little loud during the weekends but nothing crazy. Landlords are quick to respond and supply everything you need!

Perfect Apartment

I loved my stay here! The location is perfect, it can get a little busy in the neighborhood on the weekends but nothing crazy. I never had any issues with parking either. There is a great coffee shop about a block away and so many great places for food/drinks. The landlords were very responsive and had great communication. If I'm ever back in STL I'll try to stay here for sure.

Not what it looks like!

Great location unless you come in February! Expectto walk 5 aat leaast blocks during Maardi. Gras! (untold to me). and nobody told me that I needed a pass to park either! Next to a bar so street parking is iffy at best! Laundry doesn't work cuz it doesnt drainthe water so I have to spend money on the coin operated machinees to finish the job. Neverheard of deposit beenkept by the Proprietor even though the windoes are old as hell and leak cold and you. feel the. cold comig in so. bundle up. Shower door doesnt close and it leaks and no wonder they want keep the deposit.There was marks. on the wall... etc etc.... Your choice! but i will never come back to this property and ibeen a travel nurse for 5 years and i find this property as been below acceptable and the internet sucks too!

Excellent Rental

This apartment is perfect , it is equipped with every amenity needed. I'm a travel nurse and this apartment is an ideal home away from home. The community is very well maintained, clean, quiet and have a sense of peace. The landlord is easily accessible. Well maintained complex. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, very safe neighborhood.

Beautiful Apartment

I absolutely love this beautiful apartment. It is literally as the photos listed. It is fully furnished and very clean.It's in the heart of soulard and footsteps from the local restaurants and bars so it's very convenient. The owners are wonderful and respond in a timely manner. If I was to ever move to STL I would rent from them over and over. Before I came to STL I was kind of scared and nervous and they made me feel safe and comfortable.

The Best- considerate and above and beyond!

This is a fantastic unit in the heart of the historic neighborhood Soulard. Steps from all the local restaurants, blues clubs and bars the neighborhood has to offer. The apartment itself is on a quiet residential street so you have that balance of home and fun Upon arrival the unit was spotlessly clean with thoughtful amenities that go above and beyond typical Airbnb rentals. It's fully furnished as pictured with all the appliances and amenities needed to comfortably settle in. Going through the unit I was pleasantly surprised over and over at the thoughtfulness put into the space. The electronic lock is easy to use and convenient so you never have to worry about needing a key to lock/unlock the apartment. 2 Free washers and dryers are located a short walk around the corner in a clean and convenient laundry room R is highly responsive and quick to answers any questions. Of all my Airbnb rentals this has been the most pleasant experience I've had. I recommend 10 out of 10.

Awesome Furnish Finder Place W/ Great Landlord

This property is stunning ! Everything is updated and looks just like the pics . R, the landlord, was always very responsive and helpful if something went wrong. The place was comfortable and bonus room was an added special touch. Its in a great location close to a lot of eating places and bars (if youre interested in that kind of thing). I highly recommend the place and the landlord!

AMAZING APARTMENT IN A GREAT LOCATION!

I stayed at this apartment for a few months and it was exactly what I was looking for. Everything has been nicely updated and was very clean. R is an awesome landlord and has literally thought of everything that you might need during your stay! If you are in need of a furnished place in St. Louis I highly recommend you grab this place while it lasts!
