Cute Cottage in Kokomo

This was a great place to stay at! Conveniently located next to the mall. Aldi, target, Dunham sports, and a great barber shop all within walking distance! 5 mins from down town. Dale was a great landlord, responded within minutes when I had any questions. If something maintenance wise came up, he would send someone next day or go himself to the property to address it. I stayed here for 5 months for a work contract and dont regret it at all. He would even send someone over to clear snow during the winter and cut grass during the spring weekly. Its also right off the highway 31 which made commuting to and from so much easier. Neighborhood was safe with a few cops living within the same road. Dale and Buffy, thank you so much!!!
