Condo complex is very quiet and backs up to Seahurst park with walking rails and beach access. Also a 12 min. drive to the airport. Despite being close to the airport it is very quiet, not below a flight path. Condo unit is on the top floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Laundry room, full kitchen, large windows, small balcony, with a cosy plant filled aesthetic. No TV but can provide one if requested.
Space
The entire condo is just over 1,000 sqft. The bedrooms are separate from the main living and kitchen area. Large west and north facing windows looking out onto trees. Comfortably furnished, nice linens and kitchen is fully stocked.
Neighborhood overview
My condo backs up to Seahurst Park with trails throughout the wooded area and a beach. The main hub of Burien is about 1 mile away, an easy walk or drive, there a many restaurants, library, shops, etc... and lot's of other amenities close by.

An excellent Place to Be
I stayed here for three months (December through February) and it was a great stay! The room is very comfortable, J is thoughtful and cares about your comfort. Her condo is beautiful and I wished I could stay longer. Do hope to return in a few months. Highly recommend her and the room.
