Pool house, very nice for the summer, great parking and the house is super cozy and inviting close to restaurants and hospital. The property has a great big kitchen to cook and nice size rooms, the backyard is super relaxing your own private area!!

I recently stayed at this rental in Lake Havasu City for 6 months and had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, spacious and well-decorated, and the back yard pool was an added bonus. The location was perfect for getting to my project site, as well as exploring the northwest area of Arizona. Alma and Alex were very responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient getaway. I'd definitely stay here again! John E.

Amazing!!
This place is absolutely beautiful and Alma and Alex were amazing landlords. They always checked on me to make sure everything at the house was going good. If I had any issues they were always quick to respond. The place is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It's in a great area as well and with me being a solo traveling healthcare worker, I felt very safe there. I hope that if I return to the area, I'll be able to stay in that house again!
