Amazing Experience

I worked at Highland Hospital and stayed at this lovely home during my 4 month contract in Rochester . The house is a beautiful 1 bedroom with a lovely kitchen (loved the gas stove) and comfortable living space. The bedroom was cozy with blackout curtains which made it perfect for sleep between my night-shifts, as well as has tons of closet space. Parking at the back of the property was perfect. Host Sidney is incredible, accommodating and quick to respond to any injuries and is a professional about the entire process! A bonus: The neighbourhood feels so safe and welcoming; mostly families and working professionals. Would recommend staying here for any travellers coming to Rochester for work.

This rental is on a very quiet street very close to the major hospitals in the area. I never heard the upstairs neighbor at any hour of the day or night. There is convenient driveway parking and ample street parking. The apt is kept immaculately clean and conditioned. Its a keyless entry for convenience. The landlords thought of every single detail in preparation for this rental. Its fully loaded with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortably soft. There is even a full size washer/dryer in a large mudroom in the back side of the apt. The landlord I communicated with was extremely responsive about any questions I had. Im not into bright colors. I prefer white walls and muted earth tones for furnishings. The pictures on FF gave me some pause when I saw all the green paint and furniture. Im glad I was able to look past it because the pictures dont do it justice. In person, the color palette is quite lovely and warm. 10/10 recommend & revisit!
