Perfect place
This condo is perfectly located. Walking distance to Gateway Lounge, Perkins, and close to a shopping center, lake, and Empire Mall. The lake offers paddle boarding and kayaking in the warmer weather. The garage is great for snowy days. The condo is quiet and comfortable. Laundry is on site... bring quarters. The complex has many friendly neighbors and we made lifelong friends while staying here. This condo is a 10 minute drive to Sanford USD Medical Center. The landlord and his lovely wife are very kind and considerate. My husband and I highly recommend this condo.

I stayed in this condo for 5 months last summer. the condo was well furnished and had everything I needed. There is a Perkins restaurant within a short walk. Neighbors were friendly and there were no problems with security. Mark and his wife were always available and helpful. 5 stars for this coindo.

Great Location, Lovely Condo!
We stayed here for three months during our travel contract, and it was an excellent experience. The condo is beautifully remodeled, thoughtfully appointed, and even more stunning in person than the pictures suggest. Its bright, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The balcony is a fantastic spot to relax in nice weather, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The location is perfectjust a 10-minute drive to Sanford Hospital and close to everything you need, including the mall, Target, and great restaurants. Yet, its tucked back from the main roads, so you get all the convenience without the noise. Mark is a fantastic hostresponsive, helpful, and a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely do so again if we find ourselves back in Sioux Falls!

Highly Recommend
One of the best places I have stayed at as a traveler. M and his wife made the process of renting this apartment as easy as possible. The place itself is newly renovated and had no issue through my stay. The outside of the building may look older but the apartment makes it seem brand new. I highly recommend renting from M and if I ever take an assignment in the area again, I would stay here for a second time!
