Peaceful Retreat with Private Garage

As a travel RN, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. This master bedroom exceeded all my expectations. The space is beautiful and incredibly well-maintained. It truly feels like a peaceful retreat after long shifts. One of the standout features was the private garage with elevator access directly to the bedroom. That level of convenience and privacy is rare and made a tremendous difference in my day-to-day comfort. Blake and Gina are phenomenal landlords—kind, professional, and very attentive without ever being intrusive. They genuinely care about their tenants and create a welcoming, safe environment. The location is ideal for healthcare professionals—just a short drive to the hospital, plus easy access to restaurants, shopping centers, and the mall.

Great place to stay

I rented the master bedroom for almost 10 months and had a great experience. Blake (landlord) was great with quick, effective communication. The roommates were quiet and nice, although I rarely saw them because I work night shifts. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Amazing Stay

I rented this suite for 6 months for the duration of my internship and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Blake (the landlord) was very accommodating, communicative, and flexible. The property and suite looked exactly as advertised and are prepared very well ahead of new move-ins. Ample amount of privacy, cozy living room, and everything you could ask for in the kitchen. If I find myself in the area I'd be quick to book again.

Just what I needed!

I stayed in this unit for 6.5 mths while working on a contract on the reservation. Blakes property was exactly what I needed and was looking for. The unit was clean and cozy, and Blake even provided me with a portable radiator to keep the room comfortable and warm after I mentioned it feeling a little chilly once the temperatures had dropped. Both the bathroom and bedroom were clean and a good size. Having a garage space was super convenient and perfect, as I had shipped my car to NM from home, and its always garage kept. Its also electric and I was able to plug it in everyday because it was in a garage. Blake was accommodating with any request that I had, and was always quick with responding to any messages I sent with questions or concerns. He went out of his way to make sure everyone in the house had everything they needed and were comfortable. His location is perfect and anywhere you could possibly need to go is no more than 15 minutes away. The other tenants were quiet and friendly, and I almost never saw them. This, and the black out curtains he provided made it very accommodating for night shift workers like myself. I also loved that he provided my unit, which is downstairs, with a mini fridge that I could in addition to the large fridge all the tenants shared upstairs in the kitchen. This made it super convenient for me to grab any little snacks that I needed without having to leave the comforts of my own space. Blake was also very friendly and kind, and helped me with other things that I needed when I had to urgently leave. If I return to NM for work, I will absolutely book this place again!

Master Bedroom Rental

B and G were amazing hosts. The room and the entire house was very clean and tidy, had all the necessary kitchen items. B was very quick with communication and the room and house are as advertised. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it's probably one of the best rentals I have had in Farmington. Thanks again B!

Lovely stay with lovely landlords.

B and G are extremely kind and attentive and I enjoyed staying at their rental. Both are quick to note and fix anything brought up. They are both extremely welcoming and kind people. It was wonderful not needing to worry about bringing cookware, linens, and the little things, things were kept well stocked. I would highly recommend this rental if you have a commute to the local Farmington hospitals; it may be a bit long for a commute for Shiprock and Durango but very doable (especially Shiprock, anywhere from 38-48 minutes). There are also options to visit Northern Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and other areas of New Mexico for day trips. It was cool and comfortable downstairs in the summer. I appreciate that I did not have to worry about things when living there and things were upkept. The only aspect I was unsure about was how many roommates would be there. In total, there are usually between 3-4 total people living there.
