Brand New Studio in Pleasant Hill

Awesome place to stay

I stayed here for 3 months and had a great experience! Very convenient parking with a reserved spot! Walking distance to the iron horse trail for a run or walk. Very close to the highway and tons of food and stores! I would highly recommend this spot. Home owners are very respectful of your space!

Great spot

One of the nicest places to rent in the Pleasant Hill area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Hershee provides and cozy/tidy studio with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. She is also a responsive and accommodating host. Highly recommend.

Great Studio

A very tidy and lovely studio equipped with everything you need. A good bed and a nice bathroom. The place is in a perfect location, completely quiet. Hershee is a great host and there when you need her. She was very helpful and friendly. I had a great stay. I would 100% recommend a stay here.

Travelers Dream

Everything you need as a traveler, only downside was that I couldn't stay longer :)
