Best place & landlord

My fiance and I had a great experience staying here. The place is really clean, comfortable, and very well organized. You can tell the landlord puts a lot of care into keeping everything in good condition. The landlord is also incredibly kind, responsive, and considerate, which made our stay even better. Overall, we were really happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, well-kept home. Highly recommend!

Perfect ADU

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for the past month. This ADU offers the perfect modern space with great privacy. Francesco and Jen went above and beyond to make me feel at home!

A Home Away From Home

I've had the absolute pleasure of calling this beautiful ADU home for the past 10 months, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. F and J are dream landlords thoughtful, kind, and incredibly respectful. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, always respected my privacy, and even surprised me with delicious homemade treats from time to time. The ADU itself is impeccably designed- modern, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The private patio is an added gem, especially if youre traveling with a pet. Located in a peaceful and safe neighborhood the ADU is just minutes from anything and everything. The area is friendly and walkable, with many neighbors out enjoying the day with their pets. As a single woman, safety and privacy were top priorities for me, and this space provided both. Living here has truly been a joy, and I am sad to be leaving. This place has felt like a true home, and I feel so lucky to have found it.

A Great Place to Stay

I am a traveling professional and needed a place to stay for 3 months. I found this property on Furnished Finder and contacted the owners. The owners are both professionals who immediately responded to my inquiry. I was given a tour of the apartment and it had everything I needed and more. It has a beautifully arranged layout that included a large walk in shower with great water pressure, large washer and dryer, full sized refrigerator/freezer and a deep kitchen sink. The owners thought of everything to ensure comfort and privacy. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and provides a great area to walk or bike. The owners are genuinely kind and considerate people and they answered every question that I had which helped me to navigate the process. This ADU is a home run. If you need a place to stay that feels like home and checks all of the boxes then this unit will serve you well. My stay in SoCal was made so much more enjoyable because of finding this gem.

The Perfect ADU!

For starts this is a very private ADU with its own entrance, a spacious kitchen, all the necessary appliances and supplies, has everything a travel nurse needs to feel at home! The owners F and Jen are so friendly and thoughtful always willing to help, and pet friendly! Would definitely stay here again.
