Remodeled Studio in Gated Community- The Great Studio

Peaceful, Private, and Welcoming

This space was lovely! It was a short walk from the driveway to the studio making moving in and out a breeze. The studio and property were very peaceful and yet lively with plenty of kids playing in the adjacent yards. The neighbors next door were so welcoming and generous, often offering to bring over a plate of dinner; but it never felt like they were intruding. Lucy was very responsive, prompt in taking care of any issues, and kind. This was one the best experiences I've had in my 5 years of traveling for work. I would happily stay here again.

Cozy Cottage

This cottage was close to everything and very comfortable. The family is very hospitable and I felt extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heart beat. Lucy and her family are wonderful people, ready to help and quick to respond to any concern.

Safe, friendly family, beautiful stay

I stayed here from 2/1-6/1. It was honestly a great stay. Super clean and private unit. It's on a compound and all of the family members were friendly and kind. I would have stayed longer but I ended up taking a job in Los Angeles. It is a gated property. You have your own reserved parking space. Right up the street from anything you need (takeout food, Starbucks, grocery stores, nail salon, bank, gym). The family is responsive if you ever need anything and they live on the property so they are right there to help. I worked nights and it was fine for me. Just turned on the fan sometimes during the day for noise cancellation and put up my blackout curtains. They have in unit ac and washer/dryer which is amazing. Really enjoyed my time here. Thank you Lucy!

safe & close to LLUH

Would definitely recommend this property to anyone. I also stayed at a different rental from this landlord and had such a positive experience as well. Super responsive and attentive. The unit had everything needed for a long term stay (dishes, laundry, parking). Studio was clean! 10 minute drive to LLUH. The family on the property was very respectful and caring, and there is complete privacy inside the unit. Even working nights, it was always quiet and I had no issues sleeping in the day.

Loved this property!

My boyfriend and I stayed here temporarily as travel nurses. We loved this property and the surrounding area. Perfect location and we felt very safe.
