Private 1 bedroom JADU with private entry, kitchen, bath, laundry

Highly recommend!

This ADU was the perfect place to stay for a full year. The landlord Kate, and her family, are courteous, respectful, and quiet. The place itself is so comfortable and has all the amenities anyone needs- GREAT kitchen, bright bathroom, and full size washer/dryer. The location is superb!! About 1-2 miles from a good gym, Target, Trader Joe's, and the Campbell farmers market. The neighborhood is lovely and safe to walk around. I truly wish we could have stayed longer!

A Perfect Home Away from Home

We absolutely loved our stay here. As two young students who had never been away from home for more than a couple of weeks, Kate and her husband made our experience unforgettable. Kate was so kind and helpful, making sure we felt comfortable and safe, and she truly made the studio feel like home. Everything worked perfectly. The space was clean, the Wi-Fi reliable, the washer and dryer convenient, and the shower amazing. Andrea and I enjoyed cooking together. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for studying and relaxing after work. We made so many memories in San Jose and cant thank Kate enough for being such a wonderful host. We would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to come back again.

Lovely Stay

My husband and I stayed at this property for an entire year. The space is lovely, has a full sized electric oven, plenty of cabinet storage, washer & dryer inside of the unit, spacious bathroom, a storage closet, a comfortable sofa/living area & a dresser for your clothes. The space is attached to the main property, but feels private. There is gated entry into the home and feels very safe. The property is close to Target, Whole Foods, and Campbell Park where the Los Gatos Creek Trail runs. Kate and her husband are super sweet. We loved our stay. It was comfortable and affordable!

Like a luxury apartment!

Unit has an amazing kitchen, comfortable furniture, and lovely decor. All the amenities you can think of, including full sized appliances, in-unit W&D, good WiFi, and air conditioning. Very nice neighborhood, and very secure yard gate otherwise, I never worried about my car on the street or my bike in the courtyard. Owner was very kind, helpful, and responsive to any questions. I have absolutely no complaints. This is an A+ find!
