Private South Asheville 3 room Unit

Clean, spacious, and comfortable

I stayed here for almost 8 months, and honestly couldn't have wished for a better place to live. It's a lovely, spacious apartment. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed, the bed was cozy and comfortable, and there was plenty of storage. I work from home, so having a separate workspace area was a great bonus. The in-unit laundry was so convenient to have. The neighborhood is quiet, and I always felt safe. Tom was so pleasant and communicative. Highly, highly recommend!

Best 1st time furnished finders experience

Let me start with Tom, the landlord! He is on top of everything and the kindest soul! Anytime I needed anything or had a question, Tom got back to me quickly and kept the property/home in top shape! Bonus is having my own infrared sauna as part of my apartment.......big time perk! The neighborhood is beautiful and if you have a dog (like I do), the walks are pleasant and its a quiet neighborhood. The bed is super comfy and big! I work from home some days, so having the office space separate from the living space was great! Location of home is nice too.....doesn't take long to find places to eat/see! Close to some nice parks too. Water pressure in shower is amazing!!!! If you like hot showers, trust me, the water can get hot, and I loved that! I stayed here for 3 months and honestly I miss it a little bit.....and I found Tom to be like a friend, he is very personable and his dog Zora is so cute and sweet! Thank you Tom for everything!!!!
