Houses are far apart and neighborhood is super quiet. All the houses are on 1/3 acre to one acre lots. Beautiful mountains and lots of walking and biking trails everywhere. Also several parks. The Private guest house also has a 55 inch tv. We do have House keeping is wanted for #90 each time Studio is cleaned.
I do accept credit card or bank card for method of payment.

Separate Studio on half acre property. Brand new washer and dryer in unit. Also full kitchen with stove. 55 inch tv and wifi with coffee bar and Separate working spot.
Neighborhood overview
North San Bernardino Verdemont heights is probably one of the best neighborhoods in the Inland Empire. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Vitoria gardens or Rialto Renaissance or summit all 10 minutes away. We have lots of walking and hiking trails in neighborhood.

This was an amazing stay great for overnight workers the area is quiet and secluded! Washer and dryer perfect for long term stays! Nice outdoor sitting area! Friendly host great responsiveness and helps with anything they can! Have rented this and another unit from them both were great stays!

Studio Getaway
I stayed here for a few months. Has everything you need. Very clean. Landlord is very kind and attentive. Will stay here again. Private and Quiet. Very good quiet neighborhood.
