Private bedroom and bathroom in three-bedroom house on quiet cul-de-sac. The house is located in the "banana belt" section of Santa Cruz where the weather tends to be warmer than closer to the bay. However, in this very walkable quaint neighborhood, you could walk or bike to the bay or to downtown Santa Cruz. Spacious, Peaceful Stay with Great Host
I had great experience during my stay. The master bedroom with ensuite was spacious and comfortable, and the home offered plenty of inviting common spaces including the living room, dining area, and patio. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it a great place to relax. Communication with Denise, the landlord, was easy and smooth throughout. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay.
The right place for me
I stayed for more than a year and everything about this accomodation was easy and comfortable, so I could focus on my new job. The house is a very nice one to live in, the location safe and close enough to the highway for ease of commute, the owner ready to fix any possible issue. But I had no issue, in reality, because everything was working at this house.
