Wonderful stay!

This cozy condo was perfect for my recent travel nurse assignment at Stanford. My boyfriend, dog, and I had only planned to stay here for 4 months, and ended up staying for 8! The unit had everything we needed and more - comfortable reclining chair and couch, large walk in closet, new W/D, and kitchen stocked with much more than we expected (kitchen aid, blender, coffee beans & grinder, nespresso machine and pods, oils/vinegar/spices, patio with furniture). It was nice having an assigned parking spot, with some options to park closer to the unit in unmarked spots. There are 2 small gyms in the complex that we used regularly, and also 2 outdoor pools and hot tubs. The area felt safe! We enjoyed the paths around the complex to walk our dogs and a 15 minute walk to a park. Landlord was very welcoming and a great communicator. Great location - minutes from Santana Row and Valley Fair Mall, and many good restaurants. Would recommend for your stay!

Perfectly Located

The property is very well maintained. The pools are very inviting. It's a great property to walk around and enjoy. You'll be surprised what you'll find here. The condo has the perfect amount of space. There are more kitchen amenities than anticipated or expected. I love to cook so this was a pleasant surprise. The bed is super comfortable. A large walk-in closet is bigger than I needed. Whether you want to relax and recline on the comfy living room furniture, or sit on the amazing furnished patio. You can relax after a hard day of work. Invite your friends over for a nice glass of wine and unwind. Oh yes! Did I mention there is a wine refrigerator too. I have stayed here more than once. I look forward to coming back. It is so convenient to so many wonderful restaurants and stores. It is perfectly located to freeway access as well.
