Cozy and cute private apartment in upscale historic home-adjacent to Norfolk General and EVMS

Beautiful Apartment

I'm a travel healthcare worker and stayed at the apartment for 3 months over the summer. The home is beautiful, just as described, and in a great location. You can walk to several things like coffee shops and restaurants and are right on the Elizabeth River Trail, which is perfect if you like to be active. Holly and Eric do an amazing job of being there when needed and letting you have your own space. The courtyard that's right outside of the living room window is lovely and lets more light in than expected, with it being a basement apartment. I very rarely heard noises above me or on the other side of the interior wall. They also keep the apartment well stocked with pretty much anything you would need during your stay. I truly can't say enough good things about the home or Holly and Eric, I would absolutely stay again!

Elegant Estate Home

I stayed on the upper third floor semi-private apartment. The location is amazing:quiet, yet extremely central, close to hospitals and walkable to museums and historic places. The decor in the home is very elegant, the room I stayed in had excellent taste and design. The landlord's are the nicest couple and I would stay again if I'm in Norfolk again. Lived my stay, and Hamlet the dog was so cute.

Fabulous property

Professionally updated, gorgeous, quiet property close to hospitals. Kind, respectful and responsive landlords that made my stay seamless. Working night shift, I enjoyed one of the bedrooms that was window-less! Would definitely stay here again!

Tastefully decorated, perfectly clean, with everything you need to call it home! The owners are so sweet and very responsive and helpful to any issues that arise.
