I needed a furnished apartment in a hurry and this one totally fit the bill. For me it couldn't have worked out any better. A was a wonderful and accommodating landlord. The apartment had pretty much everything I needed right off from the beginning and A made sure to check in in case there was anything else I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and nice and I really enjoyed being close to both the park and downtown Forest Park. In addition, having a garage space and additional parking pad space was a real plus. I can't say enough for how easy A made my transition into this space. I would highly recommend her.

Hello! We are Landlords since 2013, our tenants are very important to us and we end up building great friendship over the years and still continue after they move out. Usually our tenants move out of town, move due to engagement or family increase or because buying their own house. We have our first short term rental this year and we were so happy to host him.
