AMAZING
We had such an amazing stay here! Judie and Lonnie were incredibly welcoming. The carriage house had everything we needed, and I truly felt at home the entire time. The location is ideal, just minutes from downtown Prescott and nearby hospitals, which made it perfect for my clinical rotation. Thank you again, Judie and Lonnie!

Best place Ive stayed!
This was my 14th travel assignment and this was by far the best rental Ive had! I cannot recommend this rental enough! Judie and Lonnie were the GREATEST people to rent from! They are so sweet and made me feel safe and at home being away from family and alone across the country! The apartment had everything needed and was so cozy! The drive to west campus was an easy 5 minute drive and being able to walk downtown to restaurants and shopping was so nice! It was hard to leave this place behind, I highly recommend!

Prescott Carriage House
This property is truly the perfect location to all the wonderful spots in Prescott. Convenient walk to the downtown area and easy drive to stores, lakes and local hikes. The carriage home is a cozy space with everything you could need in regards to storage space, laundry and kitchen supplies. The additional touches like black out curtains, desk space and designated parking made this the ideal spot for my contract time in Prescott. Highly recommend choosing this carriage home for your Prescott stay!

Absolutely amazing
This property is absolutely amazing. Looks exactly like the photos, and there is plenty of space. J and her husband were absolutely fantastic, and some of the sweetest people I've met. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I might possibly need, and if anything came up, they were a quick text away. The property is super close to YRMC West, maybe 5 minutes, and then about 15-20 minutes to YRMC East campus. All 3 nearby lakes are less than a 15 minute drive from the property, and there's plenty of restaurants/stores nearby as well. Would recommend this property to anyone looking into Prescott, and I would definitely stay here again if I were to be in the area again!
