Corporate Housing

I stayed here for a month. This unit has potential, but because this is all owned through a company, it's meant to turn a profit and look great in photos but after moving in you'll notice how cheap everything is and will be getting nickel and dimed the whole time. The good: the place looks great, the neighborhood is good, the AC works well, easy parking The bad: Application process along with excessive fees tacked on top of the monthly rent (application fee, non-refundable pet fee AND monthly charge on rent for pet) and requiring renters insurance for a month stay This unit is not stocked at all. Before you think about moving here just know you'll have to buy or bring along, cookware (unless you feel comfortable cooking on teflon pan), cooking spices, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, storage supplies, garbage bags, etc The dishwasher didn't work and was not fixed until 5 days left on my lease You can expect to have furniture, appliances and that's about it.
