Ds property is exactly what you want for a mid term stay. It is a high quality home, in a high quality location, with high quality furnishings. The spacious masters suite has everything you need, from the walk in closet space, beautiful shower/bath, and king bed. This place felt like home during my stay, and if it id available next time I visit Phoenix, this is where I will be staying. D is very responsive to any request, no matter how small, and was a great host. He truly wants you to be comfortable. 11/10.

Absolutely loved this property and would stay again in a heart beat! The beds were super comfy, which is the first thing I look for. Then the kitchen... what a kitchen. Its stocked with literally everything you'll need from from appliances to utensils and even spices. The bathrooms and laundry room were also stocked with soaps, shampoos, etc. Lots of new bed and bath linens too! Felt truly taken care of like I was family. A huge plus is the location which has a guard house and the neighborhood is beautiful. From the condo you can actually walk up to the Wrigley Mansion to watch the sunset or over to the Arizona Biltmore to have lunch and tour the gardens. A walk in the other direction takes you to the Biltmore Fashion Mall with several places to eat and shop (& a movie theater). Also close by are 3 groceries, lots of additional shopping and several access points to get onto the highways. Lastly, D, our host, was the most gracious and helpful host I've ever had. Thank you!
