Great place. Everything is new and perfectly remodeled. Steps from the beach with amazing ocean views. Good wifi. Nice outdoor table with ocean view. Easily walkable to restaurants, the pier, the coaster and the harbor. Can for for a jog along the beach/the strand before or after work. Two assigned parking spots in gated garage. Just perfect.
