Awesome place

Rented unit for about a year. Steven and Paul were more than accommodating washer and dryer broke and same day they were fixing it and replaced both units within 3 days! Probably the best landlords I've ever rented from. loved how close everything was to apartment including McMenamin's for concerts and tons of delicious restaurants. The view is honestly so beautiful and during the entire year we stayed there, I never got used to it. It still amazed me every day!! I miss it!!

Truly the best

I lived here for over a year and I cannot rave about this spot enough, Paul and Steve have been truly amazing to me during my stay. They were always responsive if anything came up. One time the sink stopped working, and they came over the day of and replaced it. The condo is located right downtown, near the 705 onramp, close to a light rail stop, and also is walkable to bus stops as well. It also comes with 2 parking spots in the garage. They have provided so many additional amenities to the space as well, such as a cordless Dyson vacuum, knife sets, Dutch ovens, air conditioners, fans, and more. The culture at the condo is great. It's quiet, safe and everyone is respectful of each other's privacy, always watching out for one another to. I am a young woman living alone and never felt unsafe in the building. I will miss being here as it has become such a significant place to me, but I know it will serve so many others in the future. :)

Had everything we needed

Shared this space with another couple and it was perfect for our 13 wk assignment . P and S were a pleasure to work with and addressed any needs we needed throughout our stay right away. Everyone in the apartment complex was super friendly. Only thing is street parking can be difficult to find and unsafe (car break ins, license plate stolen) but the apartment comes with 2 parking spots in the garage, so if you have only 2 cars it would be perfect!
