No deposit is taken upfront, instead we built in an insurance/waiver into the monthly rent incase of breakage, messes etc. Cleaning fee is only taken at the end of your stay if you don't wish to leave the space the way you found it.

Betty and Brandon
We are elementary school sweethearts who have been married 17+ years and have found Salem to be a fabulous place to settle and raise our 3 kids! Brandon works full time for the Air Force and Betty is an Army veteran who has been loving life as a full time entrepreneur with the flexibility to spend more time with their kids and get dinner on the table. We love family roadtrips (short and long), Disneyland, trying new food and now our family is setting our sights on a litter international travel for more experiences.
