Perfect Spot!

I moved to Anchorage to work at the university and I stayed here for 9 months, it was perfect for my needs! Spacious, quiet, great location, and especially close to the university, supermarket, and other essentials. Unit is furnished with everything you could need and more. Pat is super nice and helpful, I had small issues and questions and he always responded promptly and dealt with everything graciously. The unit is very private, rarely hear or see anyone from the other units. I was working a ton sometimes late into the night, I really appreciated how quiet the unit and neighborhood in general were. Street parking got a little tricky in the snowy winter - be aware of the cold and snow if parking in the winter, my car battery died several times and car got stuck in the snow on the street, but Pat was helpful with navigating the daily challenges of Alaskan winter! It was the perfect spot for me to acclimate to my new life in Anchorage and I can't recommend it enough! Thank you Pat :)

Fantastic Property

I highly recommend this property. We rented this unit when we initially moved to Anchorage from Montana and found this space to meet and exceed all of our needs. Everything was clean, well-kept, and functional. When we arrived, P the landlord, had coffee in the fridge waiting for us after our midnight flight and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is central to nearly everything in Anchorage and the neighborhood feels safe.
