It's a nice location but be prepared to not get all your deposit back . It is a downstairs room so you will hear everything upstairs, even the footsteps and wood creeks. There is no lock on the bedroom door . There are quiet time rule hours , many little rules that will make for an uncomfortable stay at this place . You will not be able to contro the l temperature so it may be too hot or cold at other times . Unless you bring your own mini refrigerator you will have an ice chest to store your food. There is no room to use the refrigerator upstairs in the kitchen, nor does it seem welcoming to use .
