Amazing Casita

We had a wonderful stay at this studio casita and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare meals with ease. One of the highlights was having access to a washer and dryer—it made our stay so much more convenient and stress-free. The entire property was also impressively quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The landlord was truly exceptional—very hospitable, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this casita to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay. We'd happily return in the future!

Casita under the Stars

This is such a wonderful studio, and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay over the past 5 months! It had everything we needed to live comfortably, with plenty of storage space for us both. There was a lot of thought put into the design and functionality of the place which made it feel spacious and cozy. The landlords are very kind and always responded to us in a timely fashion. We enjoyed seeing the chickens roam around the property and we loved taking walks down the street to look at the goats and donkey. We would highly recommend this place to any traveler looking for a comfortable and quiet place to reside. We look forward to staying here again for my next contract!

Beautiful!

This is a lovely studio attached to the main house and with its own private entrance. It was new in late 2023 and I'm sure it will be well-kept indefinitely. The colors are neutral and peaceful, the bed is great, and everything is well designed to provide space for storage. It is handy to have a washer and dryer always available inside the unit, and the shower is fantastic (including very hot water, if you wish.) Neighboring properties keep horses and other animals, and from the front porch or your window you can observe the changing weather over Mt. Diablo. The homeowners are wonderful and want you to be comfortable and have everything you need. The landlord has knowledge of property management, so you will be in good hands. She loves her community and can make great recommendations of places to shop, eat, and visit. The location is beautiful, on a quiet road where you can walk safely. Sunrise, sunset, daytime, and evenings under the stars are all gorgeous!
