Peaceful Stay

Perfect place for a quiet rest with all the amenities of home. As a traveling Doctor having a serene place to rest is key to success. The studio with very clean and the host was very accommodating to all my needs. Worth every penny I will be back.

Perfect Studio

I had the best stay at this studio in Santa Monica. The location is fantastic, walking distance to so many wonderful places. The property is very well taken care of and quiet and extra clean. Everything is new and very high end. I enjoyed cooking and relaxing after a long shift. 5 stars!

Convenient, but mold

Great studio for one person on a short contract. Definitely bargain for the monthly price, because it is not work more than 2300 a month. Washer and dryer is convenient. There was a persistent mold issue, but if you can get past that, convenient place to stay, if you want to be in Santa Monica.

Unbeatable unit and location

S has done a great job updating and managing this property. She is quick to respond and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
