Very comfy apartment

I've enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is clean and has natural light, as much as is possible in a basement apartment. Big windows in the bedrooms and kitchen, and windows along the tops of the walls in the living area, all combine to let the light shine in! Christine is an excellent landlady. She responds quickly to any problem and fixes things quickly, too. She's very nice and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better tenant/landlady relationship. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great place to call home!

I had the pleasure of staying in this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement apartment, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The living space was surprisingly spacious, and the bathroom, with its generous size, felt like a mini-spa retreat. What truly set this place apart was the undeniable warmth and coziness that made it feel more like a quaint home than a typical basement dwelling. The natural light streaming in added to the inviting atmosphere, creating a comforting ambiance that was hard to leave behind. Furthermore, the landlord was an absolute gem. Her friendly and accommodating nature made the renting process a breeze, and her adorable dog, who craves affection, added an extra layer of joy to the whole experience. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during my stay.
