The apartment has its own private paved walkway that leads to a private entrance with smart lock access. There are 3 spacious bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and soft linens. My wife, myself, and our 2 very friendly dogs live downstairs separate from the above guest suite. Have no fear! We respect your privacy and enjoy interacting with guests if the occasion arises.

This rental is AMAZING! I cannot say enough positive things about Emily and Brandon. They were so incredibly kind and gracious to myself and my dog, Stormy. Very quiet neighborhood, privacy when needed, and they even have two ADORABLE dogs who are incredibly friendly. The home was clean and well equipped for my stay. Plenty of bedroom space, great appliances, the list goes on. I'm thankful for my stay here. While it was cut short, I truly cannot wait to come back.

My wife and I enjoy living downtown and renting out our private guest suite upstairs. We love the opportunity it gives us to meet new people/travelers and share experiences! Living downtown, we enjoy walking to various restaurants, breweries, and events. We are active members in our community, and both have full time jobs in addition to renting our upstairs private guest suite. In our spare time we enjoy traveling, entertaining friends and family, and having fun nights out on the town. We typically stay at similar properties such as ours on our travels!
