Amazing Property and Smooth Processing

My friend and I stayed in this townhouse over the summer, both of us had internships nearby. The process to booking was very smooth and timely. The townhouse itself is very clean with updated appliances, as well as a beautiful rooftop. Which provided a great view of the fireworks during July 4th. The neighborhood was very safe and clean as well, public transportation extremely accessible from the property. Very quick to downtown. Overall the experience surpassed our expectations, the worst part was leaving. We would greatly recommend this property.

Beautiful and Modern Townhouse-Wonderful Stay

Long overdue review- My cousin and I stayed at K and A's beautiful and sparkly clean townhouse during the summer. K & A are amazing and kind hosts. They provided a binder with information on the townhouse and things to do in the areas, which was helpful. They were prompt with communication and addressed any concerns we had. The location is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and in walking distance to Fremont. Bus stop is a few blocks away which can take you to downtown. All of the appliances are updated, modern and very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and brightly lit. A big plus is the air conditioning units especially during the summer months. The rooftop space was a nice treat. My cousin was able to watch the fireworks for the 4th of July. All of the pictures in the listing are accurate. The townhouse has everything you need to live comfortably. Highly recommend staying here!!! The best rental experience!!! I would definitely stay here again in the future :)
