Good Area To Stay In

Eric is a great host and was quick to respond. The location of this place is great, its close to everything! The only reason Im giving 4 stars is because there a few things that are needed maintenance wise in the house, but other than that, its a good short term rental.

Great Host and Location

Eric is a great host - very accommodating and he was very helpful in my relocation to the DFW area. This is in a great location, close access to the highways and plenty of good stores, restaurants and stuff to do all close by. Would recommend this space for any 1 person who needs a space while they relocate or are down here for extended work.

Just what I needed.

I needed somewhere to go while relocating. Eric's property gave me right what I needed at the right time. Eric was available for questions. Any concerns he addressed. The neighborhood is kind, and the home is I call the cottage gave me just enough space to feel at home.

Move IN Disorganized, Disgusting House, Overcharged on Move Out

He forgot I was moving in. House unready on move in. Bugs in the cups Dead bugs in the shower Tub clogged and not working my first night Tub desperately needs resurfacing - black and discolored bottom. Back bedroom smells musty, like urine Towels are stained and threadbare NO dishwasher or dish towels or oven mitt Dirty, discolored silverware Door to backyard unusable - almost impossible to lock and close There's no real dresser in either room. Just a small set of plastic drawers in the front bedroom. Rusted scratches all over fridge Washer smells like mildew Dryer with missing button covers - guessing game to figure out the start button Don't expect to see Eric after the 1st week I could almost forgive all the issues with the house and brush it off as fumbling incompetence of a possible new landlord. But to be paying so much money and then have him decide he wanted to keep more than was fair to repair the door paint made me realize this couple are Fort Worth's finest slumlords.

Great stay

Great place! Great location I absolutely loved the proximity to the cultural district downtown area. The neighborhood was good. I could walk to the laundromat. Totally recommend. Its small but has all you need especially for us students. Dont expect it to be top notch, but you cant beat it honestly. Its all you need for 1-2 persons and the front patio was a great plus for my two small ESA chihuahuas

This property is great! The owner made sure to have the house ready for me to move in with just my necessities. The house has everything you would need in a house and during your stay! The location is great, its close to all the fun things Fort Worth has to offer. I really enjoyed my stay at this home!
