Would recommend this property 10/10. Landlord is fantastic, great communication. Property is quiet and clean. Very close to EMMC and St. Joes and close to downtown. Perfect location for exploring Maine, Canada, and New England! Would definitely stay again!

Great Place for Traveler
I highly recommend this property for any traveler working at Northern Lights or St. Joes. It is within 5 minutes from the hospital and located in a quiet neighborhood. C has been a great tenant to my husband and I. The property is a duplex, with C in the joining space. We were a little worried about privacy, as my husband works remote. However, we have had zero issues with noise.. and couldn't hear a peep from the joining complex. The place is clean, with the bathroom being newly renovated. C is great with communication, quick to answer any of our questions, and let us use her fire pit and certain ammenities that she did not have to include. 10/10 recommend!!
