Excellent experience!

My partner and I stayed here in our transition from moving out of state. The house was perfect - very roomy and comfortable and a great central location! The owner was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed when we moved in and was helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We loved the backyard and the space to enjoy the nice warm summer nights. We would gladly stay again or recommend this home to anyone!

The perfect house

This house has everything you need and more! Its cozy, charming, and fully-stocked. My partner and I spent almost 6 months here and were sad to leave, it felt like home! Our cats loved watching all the backyard birds from the screened in patio. Great central location and exceptionally nice and attentive owner. Would 100% stay again

Personal Sanctuary

This home is located in an excellent location for all things needed in Tucson. From grocery stores, entertainment {indoor & outdoor} & restaurants. However the home itself is in a quiet pocket and was very peaceful at all times of day & night. The neighborhood felt safe. All of the common necessities were top notch; ie- AC was cold, the hot water was great & there was no hiccups with the washer & dryer. The internet was a bit spotty at times- however I do believe that was due to the construction {that i never heard} but was right down the street. To note I work remotely for my job and never was not able to complete my work. The driveway has a canopy- which is Super nice in the summer heat! Also she has lights up so the driveway is easy to find- which I greatly appreciated! The Homeowner was always a pleasure to work with & took her hospitality duty genuinely. She was always respectful & reasonably available. Would certainly like to stay here again & recommend others to stay.

Lovely house, great location!

My sister and I really enjoyed staying here! The house is so cute, set up with everything you will need for your stay, the backyard is gorgeous with the patio and firepit, and the cactus garden out front is gorgeous! The landlord is so sweet and helpful and we are so grateful to have stayed here! We recommend it for anyone coming to town! :)

I recently stayed here from October '23 to January and it was a great stay! Super charming home with lots of character. Only took me 10 minutes to get to the University Hospital. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. The owner was wonderful with recommendations and always available for any questions I had about anything. And you can't beat renting from another travel nurse! Highly recommended staying here! (My two cats loved it as well)
