Garden Home near DCH Regional

We rented this property for many months to support a new project we did in Tuscaloosa. The property is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The landlord is amazing. He checked with us often and always communicated when he needed to be there for maintenance. All furnishings are comfortable and not low end. The house is decorated very nice and my workers felt they were at home while there. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything in town. I highly recommend this property for companies who have to be on the road.

I'm a travel nurse and stayed at this property for 3 months while on an assignment. This home was perfect! It was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the neighbors were friendly. I love that the backyard was fenced because I traveled with a dog. He loved it too. The home is also nearby to all of the shops, restaurants, and hospital. I could walk to the mall or the Target. The home provided a lot of conveniences such as kitchenware, toiletries, garbage bags, laundry detergent, etc. Lastly, the property manager, Tanner, was awesome! He was available to answer any questions that I had and made sure that my stay was comfortable. I would rate this home 10/10 and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Tuscaloosa area.
