Good Vibes
The landlords were very nice and provided what I needed. The location is great. Close to Freret Street, Pascal's Manale and the streetcar on St. Charles Street. The studio had everything I needed. Everything worked and the space was clean and the location is safe. I would recommend this space and would stay there again. Thanks Monika and Karl.

A Heartfelt Home Away From Home
Relocating to New Orleans for work without any nearby family was a big step for me but renting this cottage turned out to be one of the best decisions Ive ever made. From the very beginning, the hospitality extended by the landlord nothing short of amazing. They didnt just rent me a place they offered me peace of mind. Their regular check-ins, making sure everything ran smoothly gave me both privacy and the comfort of knowing I had true support What started as a stay for work quickly turned into something far more meaningful. I made friends, but more importantlyI gained family. The space itself was clean, safe, and welcoming, located in a beautiful area of New Orleans that allowed me to enjoy the city with ease. I left with a full heart, grateful for the love, safety, and support they shared. I can only hope I left behind a little bit of that same love in return. This wasnt just a rental it was a life experience Ill always cherish.

Clinical Stay
My daughter stayed at this property while on a clinical assignment at Ochsner Baptist. The property was perfect for her six week stay. The property owners were super helpful yet very respectful of privacy. As a parent, safety was extremely important and I never felt that my daughter was not safe. The property owner even contacted me on move in day to let me know that they had my daughter settled in. I would highly recommend this property and the owner to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, clean and super cute place to stay.
