I have to warn you

TL;DR: Okay location near shops/restaurants, but safety concerns, pests, parking/garage hassles, and unexpected rent increases made this stay stressful. Not recommended. The location is okay, but I even the owner warned me "Hey .. I think you should park the .. on the driveway next to the garage. Its not in a safe place now. And the neighbors across the street are pretty sketchy. Im just saying." I was also locked inside when the owner placed a padlock on the gate while I was still there. Garage access is misleading half full of storage, motor broken, and everything must be opened manually. The property is overrun with dogs, leaving droppings outside and attracting flies and roaches. With no window screens, I couldnt open windows, yet pests still came inside daily even after pest control visits. While the beds and appliances were fine, the safety risks, pests, garage issues, and recurring rent increases whenever no contract was in place made. This rental not worth recommending.
