Comfy, cozy and a Gem !

This is a gem! The owners are great hosts, neighbors became friends. The condo itself is in a great location, easy access to I -25 and the toll road. Easy commute to many medical facilities and a great location for all your needs. The farmers market in the summer was within walking / biking distance. Open spaces and wonderful trails across the street with abundant birds, and wildlife. Walked and E-bike along so many paths. The views are spectacular from across the street. The condo was perfect, very well suited for traveling professionals with high-speed internet and all the comforts of home. Very quiet, safe community within one of the most desirable communities. Garage and storage space for bikes. Boulder within 30 min. My job was in Home health and this was great location for getting to Denver, Erie, Westminster, Arvada,Brighton, Lafayette,Thornton, Commerce City, Ft Lupton, Dacano, Frederick and even Loveland. Estes, RMNP and many other places within easy drive.
