Very nice place

I really enjoyed living at the Palm Retreat, so much so that I stayed 10 months. It is nicely furnished with new appliances, very comfortable, bright and spacious, and safe. I especially loved sitting in the front, private, patio. Gabe and Krista thought of everything and were excellent landlords. I also thought Redding was a great city with lots to offer. If I ever return this will be the first place I try to rent. Dan

Love this place and the Kossels are THE BEST!

Super cute little gem tucked inside of a neighborhood that is only a short walking distance from everything that is downtown Redding. The Shasta Y is right up the road and around the corner. Starbucks.. Burger King... Pizza.. Mexican Food and more is all a short walk away! If you wanna walk off all the food, there are trails along the Sacramento River nearby as well! A great place to catch sunsets behind the mountains is right up on the bridge where River Creek Drive meets Benton. Park where the trails start and just walk on up! The owners G & K made me (and my fur baby, G) feel very welcomed and were super accommodating. Anything I needed, they were on it. The side yard is shady and a great spot to sit and drink your coffee. You get a feel like you're not in the city, yet, you are! I hung a few bird feeders and got to enjoy the sounds of happy feathered friends in the mornings. A bonus! I highly recommend these owners and this property. Love, love, love!
