I highly recommend this property. During my three month stay, Victor and Kindra ensured all of my needs were met in regards to the property and quickly responded to any maintenance requests. The private view of Colorado Springs from the patio is wonderful and the visits from local deer make you feel closer to nature. Whether staying for a short, or long period, this property is great value for the cost.

The Coziest Apartment

I cannot recommend this apartment enough! The views from the porch are gorgeous, the neighborhood is safe, lovely, and there is trail access for amazing hiking and biking (Stratton Open Space, Bear Creek park) right from the front door. Victor and Kindra are wonderful landlords, highly responsive to any concerns or needs. Staying here over the summer felt like a small slice of Colorado paradise. I didnt want to leave - highly, highly recommend!

Best living experience

The Valencia Family created the best living experience I have had so far as a tenant! I lived here for 1 year, and absolutely loved my time. The house was a dream, so much natural light, lovely patio that overlooked downtown and sat in a tree lined natural area. The views at night were beautiful. The house had plenty of storage, open floor plan, was cozy and clean. The Valencias were responsive to any landlord related questions via text and would stop by if we needed, usually day-of. Safe neighborhood as well. Highly recommend

Stunning Apartment & Wonderful Landlords!

I lived in this apartment for over a year. From beginning to end, the Valencia family was attentive, understanding, quick to act, and an overall joy to get to know. All issues were addressed and fixed in a very timely manner. They are constantly making their home better, and the living situation of their tenants ultimately better in the process. Beautiful city and nature views. Comfortable living. I loved my time here!

Perfection

Living here was truly a wonderful experience! Everything needed was supplied, anytime something needed to be fixed owners were quick to action! Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood! So thankful for the time I was able to live here and sad to leave!
