Just what I needed

This home was just what I needed as I transitioned back to Los Angeles. Great location in a safe neighborhood providing short drives to Pasadena and DTLA. The friendly owners provided the unit with everything that was needed to cook, rest, work, and entertain including television and internet. I enjoyed my stay and many nights of rest. Thank you!

Perfect studio

I stayed at this studio for three months after a glowing recommendation of a friend. This property was absolutely perfect for me: all kitchen essentials, bedding, appliances, AC, mattress etc. are high quality and the studio is set up with a lot of care and attention to detail by the owners. The owners are lovely people that are always available to help. The studio is exactly as in the pictures, even a bit more spacious than I expected. I often took the bus to the USC Health campus which was very easy and quick from the studio.

A little gem!

I was a guest here for ten months and had an excellent stay. The hosts live in the attached house and they were very kind and accommodating. The apartment is new as of Summer 2023 with all new finishes and appliances. It was nicely furnished, well-stocked (dishes, cookery, sheets, towels, etc.) and immaculately clean. It's conveniently located in a nice section of the El Sereno neighborhood, just a couple blocks off Huntington Drive -- and very close to Alhambra shopping like Target, Costco, and Albertsons. Street parking is abundant and easy. When I rented there, all expenses were included in the rent (water, electricity, speedy internet, cable tv, etc.) which made the move-in/out and monthly routine very easy. The neighborhood is safe and my little dog and I walked the blocks happily. I would certainly recommend this little gem to a friend.
